"The egg yolk is white?" is a question, so it has to be true, because the truth of questions comes from whether or not it is asked, which it was. So, the second one is technically true. you have to put the question mark outside the " for the second one to be a statement.

Egg yolks are not white. Neither is correct regardless of if it was a question or not. And your not as smart as you think you are.
