Question: Four people need to cross a bridge in 17 minutes in the middle of the night. The bridge can only hold two or less people at any time and they only have one flashlight so they must travel together (or alone). The flashlight can only travel with a person so every time it crosses the bridge it must be carried back. Tom can cross in 1 minute, John can cross in 2 minutes, Sally can cross in 5 minutes, and Connor can cross in 10 minutes. If two people cross together they go as fast as the slower person.How can they cross the bridge in 17 minutes or less?


Question: You are in a car with some helium balloons and hit the gas. While you accelerate, which way does the balloon move?

Question: An iron horse with a tail of flax. The more the horse gallops, the longer his tail becomes.

Question: In the middle of winter, a woman is found dead in her bed, with multiple stab wounds in the stomach. Soaked into the sheets is a massive amount of blood, along with blood drops on the carpet. On the side table beside her bed, there is a glass full of water mixed with blood. What was the murder weapon, where is it now, and how was she killed?

Question: A man works at a high security facility. He goes to work in the morning on his computer. He types in his password, but it is incorrect. He remembers that the password changes every month, so he calls his boss. The man says, “Boss, the old password is out of date.” The boss replies, “Yes, the new password is different. But if you listen closely, you will figure it out. It has the same amount of letters, but no spaces.” The man thanks the boss and types the password in immediately. What was the new password and the old password?
