Question: A man lives in an apartment on the thirteenth floor.Everyday he goes to work and when he comes back from work, he first goes to the eighth floor and then uses the stairs and carries on to the thirteenth floor from there.But if someone is in the lift with him or if it is raining he will go straight to the thirteenth floor. What type of a person is he?
Answer: A midget (if someone is with him, they will push the button for him and if it's raining, he will use an umbrella to reach the button)
